We are available for demonstrations at schools, churches or any other event.
We have barn tours available for school classes, also special programs are available at our farm for all ages. If you just love horses and want to spend time with them, Stables of Hope has the Adopt a Horse Program. We also have full care service if you have a horse and need boarding.

What is Therapeutic Riding?
| The Instructor encouraging participant to keep good posture and legs positioned correctly for a comfortable ride.|
Our focus is not riding or showing. The focus is to use activities with the person to apply certain skills. It is a powerful and effective approach for every individual.
The riding lessons can consist of: The history of horses, horse breed knowledge, safety around horses, exercise, grooming, food and feeding. Equipment knowledge and care, lunging, exercise in the saddle, riding with others, trail riding, rules of showing, horse psychology, horse behavior management, selecting a horse or pony and stable management. Lessons and reading material will be distributed or recommended.
We specialize in starting new riders in a safe, caring, non-competitive environment. Horses have an amazing effect on people. They can help to develop confidence, self esteem, body image, healthy eating, also an appreciation of inner strengths rather than appearance and creating an active lifestyle.
